Overwintering onions looking good!

We had a chance to peek under the low tunnels late last week, and found some beautiful onions. They’re looking strong and healthy, which is not a surprise given the mild winter we’ve had. Based on prior results, I would not expect that we’d be harvesting them until mid-May, but who knows? Stay tuned.
