Fall alliums getting tucked in…

The research season goes well into the fall these days, and this fall seems to be lasting a long time! In this little experiment, we’re testing different low-cost ways to produce early spring (and late winter?!) scallions. We are planting seedlings at three different dates, and two have been planted … the last one will be planted later this week.
